Established in 2016 by Nicole Abbott, Coastal Abode Properties entered a new era under the ownership of Emma Madders in 2023, maintaining its commitment to offering a fresh approach to real estate in the Northern Rivers Region of NSW.

Emma’s journey with Coastal Abode Properties began in 2019 after working with various franchise agencies. After constantly being disappointed by their cookie cutter approach, she knew Coastal Abode Properties could provide a high level and tailored service for their clients.

Armed with Emma’s background in real estate, finance and interior design, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for property styling, marketing and the stunning region, Coastal Abode Properties continues to stand out by showcasing their clients properties with a distinctive touch.
